Refund policy

At HODAM, we stand behind every product we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we'll gladly exchange it, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
